Made in the USA from 100% steel then painted with an incredibly durable powder coat finish. These steel bookcases are designed to become a centerpiece of organization for your living and/or work spaces. Patterned after our highly acclaimed media racks, the five steel rods per tier (and two rear rods) create the shelf, so books can be stored vertically or horizontally, supporting up to 150 lbs per shelf (evenly distributed) without deflection. Wall brackets are included (not required, but provide additional stability), as well as plastic floor protectors for the bottoms of each side panel.
This item includes one 5-shelf (24"W) bookcase with two 5-shelf (24"W) expansion kits. It is infinitely expandable with additional 5-shelf expansion kits. Both the bookcase and expansion kits ship un-assembled with all tools included. Allow approximately 45 - 60 minutes for assembly.
