If you're not going to hang it on the wall, what better way to enjoy viewing your new TV than the ability to roll it from room to room, or better yet, from indoors to the patio (exercise caution when moving over thresholds!). Designed with safety and stability in mind, these carts will accommodate flat panel TVs from 37" to 56", with the ability to roll easily over most surfaces without having to worry about tipping or being top heavy. The 38" wide model is for 37-42" TVs and the 48" wide is designed for 46-56" TVs; 4 locking medium-duty 2" casters, which will support up to 300lbs, are included. You can upgrade to optional 3" heavy duty casters for only $69.
The Flat Panel Cart frame is crafted of 1-1/2" steel tube, with fully welded uprights and 3/16" angle iron with fail safe TV mount. The 20"D base/bottom shelf will accommodate home theater components side-by-side, with 13" of clearance between the base and the middle shelf; weight capacity 200lbs. The 12"D middle shelf will hold lighter components, such as a cable or satellite receiver and/or DVD player; weight capacity 50lbs. It runs the full width of the cart and is fabricated of 1" steel tubing spaced on 2" centers, with approximately 7" clearance between the bottom of the TV and the shelf. Two steel vanity panels pressure mount onto the shelf rails and will shield your wiring from view. They simply snap into place after all of your components are connected.
