Some of our online competitors offer 'free' shipping. But is it really free? The fact is, all companies incur shipping costs and frequently inflate the prices on their merchandise in order to cover those costs. We prefer a more straightforward approach. Our prices reflect the great deals we've negotiated, and our shipping & handling costs are clearly stated, not hidden. Continental USA: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be by simply submitting your zipcode. Any shipping upgrades may result in additional charges. Canada: There will be an additional 12% surcharge added during checkout that cover all duties and taxes (including GST/PST/HST) and brokerage fees. You will not be billed any additional charges by the freight carrier or the Canadian government. If you prefer to pay duties, taxes and brokerage fees when the shipment arrives, or if you wish to use your own customs broker, please provide all pertinent information in the special instructions section of your order. Boltz ships to over 40 countries worldwide. We have a large overseas customer base and appreciate their business very much. Some larger furniture items cannot be shipped internationally. E-mail us if you have questions about specific items. Canadian customers click here.

International orders will be sent via FedEx-International, and will normally take 1 - 2 weeks to arrive. All international orders are sent un-assembled. Assembly is quick and easy. Smaller units take 20-30 minutes, larger items take 45-60 minutes. No special skills are required. Assembly on all Boltz products can be done by one person. Installation instructions are included, along with all tools and hardware needed.
